State Employee Combined Appeal

The State Employee Combined Appeal (SECA) is the annual workplace fundraising campaign for Commonwealth employees. United Way of Pennsylvania staff manages the campaign by providing advice and counsel to SECA leadership, providing training, producing campaign materials, receiving and accounting for all money raised, and preparing distribution checks to the charitable federations and their member organizations as designated by individual state employees. All contributions through the SECA campaign are 100% donor designated.
