Unconscious bias, also known as implicit bias, are learned stereotypes that are automatic, unintentional, deeply ingrained, universal, and able to influence people's behavior.

This presentation will go over how implicit bias has evolved with humanity and steps to recognize implicit bias. Then ways that we can address implicit bias in our everyday lives will be addressed. 

This presentation is a precursor to the 2018 Statewide Conference diversity session.
