ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) lives in every community in Pennsylvania. They are our neighbors, co-workers, and people providing essential services every day. In order to illustrate the ubiquity of ALICE, we have created the ALICE In Your District tool on uwp.org.

This tool allows the public, legislators, local United Ways, and community partners to easily access fact sheets which clearly show ALICE and ELPA statistics in PA House and Senate districts across the state.
