• Visit https://www.pa.gov/guides/get-vaccinated/ to find a place to schedule your vaccine.
• When scheduling your vaccine, make one appointment, keep that appointment, and if you need to cancel, cancel early. Please do not show up at a vaccine provider location without an appointment.
• At your appointment, get your vaccine card, and remember to return for your second dose.

If you do not have internet access or are unable to use the PA Department of Health website, call 1-877-PA-HEALTH to speak with a representative. They will help you locate nearby vaccine providers and provide contact information so you can make a vaccine appointment directly with a provider.
