V. 2024 ALICE Data Update | Staff Lead, Board Discussion
Staff will provide a high-level overview of the new ALICE data for UWP board members, and review the list of organizations who have signed up for ALICE Council of Partners. The team will also discuss how the data will continue to roll out across the state and support our advocacy priorities.

VI. UWW Membership Requirements | Board Action
The Board will review and vote on the United Way Worldwide Membership Requirements. The completed UWP matrix is available here.

VII. Connect-PA | Kristen Rotz 
Staff will provide an update on a statewide, branded digital equity initiative which United Way of Pennsylvania will serve as a backbone for, which combines PA 211’s community resource data collection and mapping capabilities, with United Way’s role as a convener to build a repository of resources that can support digital equity at a local level.

VIII. PA 211 Report | Donna Clark, PA 211 Board Vice-Chair 
PA 211, Inc. leadership will provide an update on key initiatives and developments including an integrated 211/988 contact center in Chester County, and the Board’s efforts to update the PA 211 strategic plan.

IX. UWP Member Dues| Board Action 

After an extensive network engagement process, and evaluation of a variety of dues scenarios which included a change in dues structure, the board will consider a dues increase proposal to take effect January 1, 2025, which maintains the current dues structure and applies a 10 percent across the board increase, plus an ALICE contribution to secure network support for a portion of the ALICE research costs. Staff and board members will provide a summary of network feedback and key considerations for this decision.
