This peer cohort for executive directors and community impact staff will focus on sharing strategies and collaborating to implement concrete strategies to complete the following goals:
- Building a shared understanding of language and identifying harmful moments such as microaggressions that contribute to exclusion and inequity
- Identifying disparity gaps in local communities where vulnerable populations are not having positive outcomes at the same rates as
- Directing resources towards closing the disparity gaps
- Including and elevating the voices of traditionally marginalized populations to make sure that United Ways are becoming allies and not directors of new strategies.
