Time to register for Hill Day 2023! We’re thrilled to include our local United Ways across the state to make positive change happen for every Pennsylvanian in every community! Please join us in Harrisburg to help advocate for a refundable state Earned Income Tax Credit, and funding for PA 211.

There are two parts of Hill Day, the first part is a virtual advocacy training which will be offered live in conversational format so that advocates can ask questions about our legislative agenda. This will be recorded and distributed as well. The training will take place on May 23rd at 10:00am.

The second part of Hill Day is a marathon day of meeting legislators and talking to them about how important our issues are for your communities! Meetings with legislators will be approximately 15 minutes long and each meeting will have an experienced advocate leading the group. Attendees will be paired up or attend in small groups throughout the day on June 6th. We will kick off the day with a 10:00am press event!

After the meetings, we’d like to invite all of our participants to our Hill Day Legislative reception! This is a chance for us to show our gratitude and for you to meet additional legislators, community partners, and other passionate advocates from across the state! There is no cost to attend and heavy hors d’oeuvres, non-alcoholic beverages, wine, and beer will be served.
