When and where is the 2026 Northeast Regional Conference?
The 2026 Northeast Regional Conference will be held June 1-3, 2026 in Bethlehem, PA at the Wind Creek Bethlehem. The conference will take place on the first floor of the hotel, conveniently located near the lobby. Check out the conference map to help you navigate.

Where can I park?
Complimentary parking is available directly outside the hotel’s front lobby. Valet service is also available 24/7. Please refer to this map for parking locations and directions.
Where should I go when I arrive?
Registration will be open Monday from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Stop by to check in, pick up your nametag and welcome bag, and get settled in before the conference begins.
Then join us for the Welcome Reception from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM in Visions Nightclub, located directly across from the registration desk. Dress casual and wear your favorite United Way gear for an evening with live music, great food, and fun! Heavy hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be available. Registration will reopen at 7:00 AM each morning. Stop by anytime throughout the day if you have questions or need assistance during the conference.
How can I engage at NERC?
Are any sessions CFRE Certified?
We’re excited to share that all breakout sessions at NERC are approved for CFRE credits! Attendees can earn up to four CFRE credits throughout the conference. CFRE International has developed a simple tracking form to help you document the continuing education sessions you attend and keep for your records. We encourage you to bring the form along to track your credits throughout NERC.
Participation in oulined breakout sessions may assist you in learning or reviewing concepts covered on the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) examination as detailed on the Test Content Outline provided by CFRE International. CFRE International does not sponsor or endorse any educational programs and breakout sessions were not developed in conjunction with CFRE International.
I signed up for a headshot, where should I go?
Headshots will take place outside of the Foundry Ballroom at the end of the hallway (see map). Head there a few minutes before your scheduled headshot time to get ready. Photos will be sent to you after the conference.
How can I enter to win the raffle for posting on social media?

What is the Materials Swap?
The Materials Swap is an opportunity for you to check out what other United Ways in the region are doing. Check out the Materials Swap table during confence and pick up materials that interest you, or download digital files to follow up on later. Add any items at the table to your collection!
NERC Stipends
Conference stipends are available thanks to the generous support of United Way Worldwide. To help offset conference-related expenses, stipends of $500 or $250 will be available to the first 350 eligible United Way attendees. Additional stipends will be evaluated after all conference expenses have been paid.
Stipends will be issued to the local United Way (not individuals) as a lump-sum payment after the conference and may be used to cover any conference-related expenses. Receipts are not required; however, conference attendance will be verified.
What are the eligibility requirements for the stipends?
– Attendees participating in the full conference may be eligible for a $500 stipend.
– Attendees participating in one day of the conference may be eligible for a $250 stipend.
– The local United Way must be in good standing with United Way Worldwide. If you have questions about your current standing, please contact UWW through their online questions form.
What happens if there are more than 350 eligible United Way attendees?
The NERC planning committee will closely monitor registration and finances. If additional funds become available to support more stipends or higher amounts, an announcement will be shared with attendees.
When can local United Ways expect to receive their stipend checks?
Stipend checks will be mailed after the conference, once all conference payments have been fully reconciled.
